Our school motto is "Knowledge, Citizenship and Self-Respect" and I know that our school community strives to meet all that this implies. Our multi-age approach to teaching and learning enhances our aquisition of knowledge, our school community through our School Advisory Committee, Student Council and advances citizenship and the inclusive, child centred focus promotes self respect.

Petrie Terrace is a small urban school where we know each child personally and try to meet their individual needs. Our multi-age philosophy is a strength that assists teachers in addressing individual needs.  All classes are multi-age.
